At The Ivy Shelf, we strive to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition. If you need to request a return, please review the policy below.

Return Requests

To begin the return process, you must email info@theivyshelf.com.

Your email must include:

• Your order number.

• The reason for the return.

• Photos of the item(s) you wish to return, including any damage or defects (if applicable).

Incomplete return requests may be delayed or denied.

Return Review

All return requests are reviewed by The Ivy Shelf on a case-by-case basis.

Submitting a return request does not guarantee that your return will be approved. We reserve the right to approve or deny any return based on the information provided and the condition of the item.

Approved Returns

If your return is approved:

• A flat $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• A 30% restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund.

• The item must be returned in the condition specified in your return approval instructions.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The Ivy Shelf reserves the right to refuse returns for items that:

• Are returned without prior approval.

• Are returned in damaged, used, or unsellable condition (unless the issue is due to shipping damage or an error on our part).

• Do not match the information provided in the return request.
