At The Ivy Shelf, we partner with independent authors and publishers to bring you a curated selection of books. Because many orders are fulfilled directly by the author or publisher, shipping times may vary by item.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the fulfillment location and shipping destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Please note that delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains books from multiple authors or publishers, your items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment, when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

The Ivy Shelf is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship returned packages.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us at info@theivyshelf.com within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of any damaged items and packaging, if applicable

We will review your request and work with the appropriate fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Availability

At this time, The Ivy Shelf ships only to addresses within the United States.
